ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS

The Sportneer ankle weights come in pairs; each single weight comes with 5 removable sandbags, which weigh 0.6 LB. Each single weight can be adjusted from 1 lbs to 3.5 lbs, and one pair can be adjusted from 2 lbs to 7 lbs by adding or removing the sandbags

QUALITY & COMFORT

The Sportneer wrist weights were made of neoprene exterior, reinforced stitching, sturdy outer trim, and moisture-absorbing material inside. They were soft, breathable, and comfortable; you could feel their softness when holding them in your hands
